The thoracic spine, or middle back, sits just between your cervical and lumbar sections, and Loren Fishman, MD, medical director of Manhattan Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in New York City, says it can be a painful area for some of us vertebrates. So to make sure your back feels good all the way from T1 to T12 (a little spine humor for you), Dr. Fishman gave us a handful of middle back stretches to commit to memory.
