Loose Golf

Loose Golf is the MYSTRETCHBAR Stretch out bar with an added Golf Grip that attaches to the bar. It also provides a guide to golf stretching with LOOSEGOLF and how to use the bar for golf training. 



Grip a 7, 8, or 9 iron. Place the LOOSE GOLF STRETCH BAR on a flat surface. Step up and stand over the bar with it between your legs as you stand in a comfortable golf address stance. Staying in stance, drop the club to the side.


Slowly bend over and grasp the angle bar (golf club grip) or straight bar (putter grip). Use any golf finger grip, including baseball, interlocking or over knuckle. Squeeze the grip and feel the stretch.

Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds. Do not bounce. Take slow deep breathes throughout. Release the grip and stand up slowly. If you feel pain, release the stretch slowly.

Repeat stretching through swing positions: Take away, Follow through, and Putting stance as needed. Use LOOSE GOLF before, during, and after your round to gain flexibility, hit down, and turn quicker through the ball.
