Tuesday & Wednesday Evening Sessions at Pickle Ball Heaven in Medford, Long Island.

Build your flexibility, mobility and playing prowess with the Shape Stretch Assisted Stretching Class. This small group community workout is an equipment based class taught by a NASM certified instructor. You'll be guided through a gentle full body assisted stretching session using the patented Shape Stretch Bar and Training Method. All equipment is provided. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Location: Pickleball Heaven, Training Room

Time: 45 minutes

Equipment: Shape Stretch Bar provided. Bring your own Yoga Mat or towel to lay on.

Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
